Lavica Apartments

THE APARTMENTS have been recently renovated and they all have air conditioning in the lounge and this is free of charge. The apartments also have satellite television and lovely terraces. There is Table Tennis available onsite for the sportier guests and there is also a Boules Area. You may also hire out some sun beds from the Reception and as from June 2007 there will be a Snack Bar onsite. There is a sandy beach 400m away from the resort.

There is a Tourist Tax of 1,00 Euro per day for adults and 0,50 Euro per day for each child.

Please note that this resort is not suitable for wheelchair users. The only way to access the nearby pebble beach is by stairs and there are other steps around the actual resort as well.

Members staying at the Lavica Apartments have the option to use the ‘Grand Hotel Lav’ facilities and services, which are situated nearby. The ‘GRAND HOTEL LAV’ announced it’s opening during November 2006 and it forms part of “Le Meridien” Hotel Company. Please be aware that there are certain charges in place for use of these facilities and the Hotel determines these charges.

THE VILLAGE OF LAVICA is a pearl in the Adriatic and it is situated near the town of Split on the way to Dubrovnik. This is approximately 8km from Diocletian’s Palace, the harbour and the bus station.

THE LAVICA TOURIST VILLAGE is situated along the seashore in a small town of Podstrana. Podstrana is situated alongside the rivers of Žrnovnica and Mutogras on the coastal side and it is surrounded by sandy beaches and lush Mediterranean vegetation.
